I am a fine dining chef with 16 years experience in some of the finest establishments in the world. I have spent most of my culinary life in South Africa with a few years in The UK. I am now based in Mauritius. My cuisine is a mixture of world foods with my own little twists. Only the finest and freshest ingredients are used. I hope to send your taste buds on a beautiful journey
