My name is Aziz, I am 25 years old, and I grew up in the beautiful touristic area of La Marsa, Tunisia. Growing up surrounded by culture, hospitality, and Mediterranean flavors shaped my passion for cooking from a young age.

My culinary journey began in professional kitchens, where I trained and developed strong skills in fine dining, modern techniques, and kitchen organization. Over the years, I worked in well-known restaurants and hotels before joining the cruise ship industry, where I gained international experience and discipline. Working at sea allowed me to visit many countries, discover new ingredients, and learn from chefs from all over the world.
