We hired Chef Pawan to cook all week for us on our vacation to Turks and every meal was fantastic. He basically cooked us lunch and dinner each day and it was ok so tasty. We have zero complaints. Breakfast consisted of anything you can think of from pancakes and toast to eggs, grits, breakfast potato’s, bacon, sausage and fresh fruit with all the trimmings. Dinner was spectacular with Lamb Chops, Steak, Jerked Chicken and Ox Tails. Sides were cream spinach, mash potato’s, rice and peas, and fresh salad. He did all of this easily when we told him what we wanted. He was so very easy and accommodating to work with. Whatever we asked him for he cooked with ease. He even cooked a last minute taco dinner quickly when we were pressed for time and it was the best gourmet tacos I have ever had. He served us and then cleaned the kitchen after every single meal. All we had to do was relax and enjoy. On top of great cooking he has a wonderful, friendly personality. Very easy going and laid back. We will 100% be requesting Chef Pawan when we are in Turks again. Don’t hesitate. Just hire him.

Chef Pawan was absolutely amazing and one of the highlights of our vacation. He was very responsive and thoughtful about meals, arrived perfectly on time, and got everything completely spotless so quickly. We even asked him for a last minute Indian dinner meal and it was one of our best meals on the island. We cannot recommend him enough, for our group of 10 everyone was well fed and all dietary preferences were accommodated. Even got to have all the leftovers the next day of lunches, so perfect!!

Chef Monojit was extremely friendly and a joy to have during our vacation. This is a person we were with on a daily basis so having someone we were happy to see is always important! He was very open to cooking anything we requested. He made some amazing meals for us and was very flexible with making other options for those who wanted something different. We loved having him and his wife who assisted him and would be happy to have them again!
