Im a majorly self taught chef with 25yrs experience. I coupd make chapati at the age of 7 and have been learning since. Im an MSc(IT) graduate but have 2 years experience in professional cooking. Im versatile with hints of Japanese, Indian, British, American n local dishes. My mind does the cooking.
