Experimental Foodie. Self Taught Chef.

I am Private Chef and Caterer and I have been cooking all my life. I have been in the industry for about 5 years serving both corporate and private clients. Being self taught I've found myself to be an experimental chef with big Italian and Asian inspired flavours. I run a mobile restaurant/food truck in the heart of Botswana's capital, Gaborone.
