I am a professional qualified Chef with 14 years experience in the culinary industry.I went to the School of Hospitality & Tourism , Bulawayo Polytechnic College.I am currently employed as a Head Chef at Ilala Lodge Hotel.The palm restaurant.My job involves kitchen administration, menu planning and engineering.I enjoy working with line cooks as well to show them my skills and guiding them to make sure they are doing the job right and meeting the restaurant standards and demands.
