I am a versatile chef from Saint Lucia with over 21 years of culinary experience, specializing in creating exceptional dining experiences that blend Caribbean flavors with international cuisine. My passion for cooking began at the age of 15, and by 18 I had already earned recognition as one of the youngest Head Chefs featured in local newspapers.

Over the years, I have built my career working in luxury resorts, fine dining restaurants, and aboard international cruise ships, gaining invaluable experience across different cultures and culinary traditions. My expertise includes Caribbean, French, Italian, Mediterranean, American, Brazilian, Tex-Mex, African, Portuguese, Argentinian, Cuban, Asian, and Indian cuisines.
