I am a chef for the past 9 years, I only have fine dining experience from the series of hotels I worked: Moon Palace, Ibero Star, Jade Mountain to name a few. I have traveled to Anguilla, St Martin/ St Marteen, Barbados, Trinidad, St. Lucia, Dominica, United States improving my pallet to wow my guest. I am an expert on the grill , making breakfast, desserts and catering to guest with high end allergens. I reside in Jamaica but I am highly flexible to move around.
