As a passionate and creative chef, with a track record of delivering an excellent level of service between management, front and back of house operations. With over 16 years in the hospitality industry, I have a vast amount of experience working with many different chefs from around the world throughout the sandals and Beaches Company including Restaurants and Hotel openings, V.I.P Catering, and Functions. Highly efficient and methodical with a good eye for details.
