Chef Lester “Lay Lay” Fontelio, has been carving up culinary masterpieces for over 20 years, in the Hotel and Restaurant industry. He has worked at the world re-known 5 star Rosewood Little Dix Bay hotel working along side many great chefs. He has a diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management and is a certified Culinarian CC. Because of his love and passion for preparing lasting impressions on clients, Lay Lays Catering Services was created where he can personaly treat each person to their own private meals.

We take care of all the details, from preparation to clean up. Our prices are disclosed up front in your event contract, and we do not impose hidden charges. Our team of highly qualified professionals will make any event a pleasure. From weddings to cocktail parties, or anything in between, Lay Lay Catering is your best choice.
