I firmly believe in the concept of food uniting and connecting people in the most genuine way. Seeing guests happy is what satisfies me the most.
My journey in the culinary world start with my 3 year studies in Apicius -International School of Hospitality, Florence, where I focused my studies on the Italian teradition, from the basic techniques up the most advanced ones, with a great focus on our traditional recipes. I worked in many restaurants in Florence and around Italy. I also worked for 2 yearas in South Korea as a cook, baker and Italian cuisine instructor. Currently working in Taipei for a well known Italian restaurant.
