I am an executive chef at le palmiste resorts and spa and ive been performing this job for 15 years.im a dinamic person and like to tackle with lots of chalenges.ive been working on cruises making lots of plating and ive done 2 opening of a 5 star and a 4 star hotel(the westin turtle bay resorts and spa and the sensimar lagoon mauritius)
