Chef Paolo Lippolis

My name is Paolo Lippolis, and I am a 27-year-old chef. My passion for cooking began in my childhood, at home, where cooking has deep cultural roots. When I was 17, I started working in kitchens and truly learned what it means to be a chef. Since then, cooking has become my life, and I couldn’t imagine doing anything else.

My career started in Italy, in my home region, where I learned the basics of the trade. Later, I traveled to different parts of Italy to expand my culinary knowledge and discover new ingredients and techniques. Each new experience enriched me both professionally and personally.

Three years ago, I decided to move to Spain, to the Canary Islands. There, I had the opportunity to grow further, working as a head chef in a small Italian restaurant. This experience prepared me for my next role at San Ho, a Michelin-starred restaurant located in a Barceló hotel in Tenerife. Working at San Ho transformed my culinary vision and allowed me to perfect my skills.

Currently, I am chef de cuisine at The Nile Ritz-Carlton hotel in Egypt. This new adventure represents an opportunity for me to put everything I have learned into practice and achieve new professional goals. My dedication and passion for cooking continue to guide me every day as I strive to create unique culinary experiences for my guests.
