I have more than 10 years experience in local dishes ranging from soups like egusi, ogbono, oha, bitter leaf soup, Efo riro, edikaikong, ewedu, gbegiri, black soup, banga soup, Nigerian fried rice, jollof rice, asun, yam and native sauce like, garden egg sauce, egg sauce, fish sauce, isi ewu, nkwobi, pepper soup of all kinds, baked beans, yamarita and so on. I am more concerned about making tasty meals only. A trial will convince you for more.
