I am a professional chef with 10 years experience working at Five star resorts and restaurants in my country. Graduated from the Antigua and Barbuda Hospitality Institute with honours and a Associate Degree in Applied science in Culinary Arts. I have learned to be very well organised and I consider myself to be very creative. This is manifested when I prepare specialised meals for persons with special dietary restrictions. When I step into the kitchen, there is no limit to my imagination and I am the chef who expresses himself through my work.
