“My name is Patrick Mutua, and I recently graduated with a Diploma in Culinary Arts. Throughout my studies, I gained hands-on experience in food preparation, kitchen management, and menu planning. I am passionate about creating high-quality dishes and maintaining high standards of hygiene and efficiency in the kitchen.
During my training, I interned at travellers beach hotel and spa and currently I am at movënpeak, where I am honing my skills in food presentation, teamwork, and working in a fast-paced environment.
