Hi, I’m Pirosska Higgs, founder of Chef Poka’s Masterpiece, a Bahamian-owned family business established in 2020. We specialize in catering and private chef services, creating personalized culinary experiences rooted in quality, care, and a passion for great food.
Currently based on the island of Eleuthera, Bahamas, we proudly serve our local community while also offering the flexibility to travel internationally to meet our clients’ needs. Our approach focuses on delivering healthy, well-balanced menus paired with outstanding service, recognizing the important role food plays in both physical and mental well-being.
At Chef Poka’s Masterpiece, we are committed to growth and excellence. As we expand our operations into the Florida area, our vision is to bring our unique culinary identity to a wider audience and continue building toward becoming a leading catering company on a global scale.
