i am full time chef in hospitality industry
i am tennakoon from sri lanka i star my career 1999 ,from that time to now i have work different country and different resort and hotels at the moment i am working in maldives as head chef,i star my career followed by basic food and beverage hotel course in sri lanka then i star the career as a kitchen steward then became a apprentice chef /commis chef/demi chef/chef de partie/sous chef/head chef/ my experience are all frome world class hotels and resort during my career i have completed HACCP course/work with michelin star chefs/then menu planing costing/staff handling /at the moment i am doing my own cooking style
