The one thing I really don’t like is a boring meal.
Being around my grand parents and differents Africans cultures made me understand at a young age how to manipulate fresh ingredients and spices to create a party on the pallet. Self taught with a 5 year of experience, i have learned modern culinary techniques and i offer various fusion menus influenced by West Africa ,Latin America and Europe, to come back here, to our techniques in Africa! I am offering you seasonal and quality products while serving you dishes as beautiful in terms of presentation as for your taste buds!
