I am a professional chef and restaurant owner with over a decade of experience in the culinary world. My journey began in Puerto Rico, working in vibrant, creative kitchens that sparked my passion for food. That foundation led me to New York City, where I trained at the International Culinary Center and went on to refine my craft in several Michelin-starred restaurants across the city.
Five years ago, I returned to the island to open Flora, my own restaurant located in the heart of Aguadilla’s culinary scene. Since its opening, Flora has become known for its creativity, thoughtful technique, and bold flavors, earning a reputation as one of the most exciting dining destinations in the area.
