Chef Ramirez was AMAZING. The food was even more amazing! It was perfect.

Chef Ramiro and his wife Kaila treated us to an amazing dining experience during our stay. We booked a combination of 8 different meals throughout our vacation. They prepared for 6 adults and two children. Everything was honestly so amazing. We communicated through email and text, and then did a WhatsApp call with him a few weeks prior to our stay to meet him and discuss any allergies or preferences. He is a great communicator and very responsive. I really appreciated that! They make a lot of food, and I was super glad I brought Ziploc bags to save leftovers for one night we didn’t have a dinner planned. It ended up being a leftover buffet! They arrived exactly on time every day, did all the shopping, prep and cleaning. Everything we ate was really great, and not something we would normally make at home which was really nice. Homemade soups, guacamole, salsas, and hand rolled taquitos were some of the great things we had. Amazing ceviche, fish, chicken and shrimp were also prepared for us. Chef did an awesome job of anticipating what a 2 and 4 year old would eat which was really nice as they are definitely a bit picky! Overall I would highly recommend Chef Ramiro. We all enjoyed his company, he is very honest and trust worthy, and the food and service was top notch. If we come back and chose to hire a chef again, I will definitely contact him!

Chef Ramiro and his wife were an amazing addition to our vacation! Very easy to communicate with and the food was incredible! They were so easy to talk to and even took amazing photos for us! The cake they provided for dessert was to die for. All of the leftovers were packed up for us, no clean up needed at all. Amazing!!!!

We had the absolute pleasure of having Chef Ramiro and his wife cook for our families for a week in Playa del Carmen, and we cannot recommend them highly enough! From the very first meal to the last, they went above and beyond to create an unforgettable dining experience. Not only was every dish delicious and beautifully presented, but they also took great care in accommodating all of our preferences - including our picky little eaters! They seamlessly curated meals that everyone loved, making sure both kids and adults were well taken care of. Their kindness and thoughtfulness truly stood out, from picking up the perfect wine to pair with our meal to surprising our children with the sweetest gifts at the end of our stay. Their warmth, professionalism, and exceptional culinary skills made our trip extra special. Wow! Chef Ramiro was INCREDIBLE. One of our favorite moments on our bachelorette trip. He curated a delicious menu, prepared and set the table, cleaned up, and left everything how it was. The food was SO amazing. We loved literally everything on the menu and were so happy when they told us they packaged the leftovers for us to snack on later. I HIGHLY recommend Chef Ramiro. He was also so nice and professional and we loved having him and his wife in our vacation home. We will definitely book again if we’re ever back in Cancun.

Chef Ramiro and his wife were absolutely amazing. We stayed in contact continuously prior to my arrival in Mexico. I have flight delays and cancellations and he was so gracious to reschedule each meal. The presentation and the taste were impeccable. I highly recommend him for all of your catering needs.

Our family loved Chef Ramiro and his wife! They provided 5 dinners for us during our stay near Puerto Morelos. They were always punctual and all the meals were made with fresh ingredients and plated for us. One in our group required gluten-free meals and he made accommodation for that which was greatly appreciated! His communication was excellent. For us, this arrangement was better than buying the groceries ourselves and making dinners. Who wants to do all that on vacation?! We appreciated having leftovers for the next day lunch. I would definitely hire them again when we rent a villa in this area! Thank you to them both!!! :) xo

Chef Ramiro and his wife were excellent. We rented a condo on Isla Mujeres and were aware that we had a smaller kitchen with no oven. However, when arriving the kitchen was even more minimal than we were expecting (no pots, one medium container, only enough place settings and cutlery for 4 ppl). Amazingly Chef Ramiro was able to make everything in 3 small pans and a blender which was incredible. They had to wash our dishes in between each course just so they could place the next. The flavors were incredible and we had a lovely time conversing with them. Would absolutely recommend booking with Ramiro!

The meal they prepared was absolutely amazing! It was the best vegan dinner we could've imagined and they created a very special birthday dinner. Everyone in our group had a different favorite dish -- the stuffed portobello mushrooms with carrot puree, the vegetable paella, and the elotes. And we all agreed their black beans were the best we'd ever tasted. Absolutely recommend as a way to make your vacation extra magical!

Chef Paola cooked for us and it was a spectacular meal! We had tuna tartar, shrimp aguachile, ceviche, two kinds of tacos, lobster, steak, salad and much more! We have leftovers for days. I highly recommend this unique experience when in Cozumel. She and Mar left the kitchen spotless!

The food and the experience was amazing. You would not regret booking this for your trip. We had the best food. It elevated our whole trip. The chef is top of the top!

Unbelievable. We got to pick what we wanted and I asked chef to surprise us with some of his favorites. Absolutely blown away and a life saver to have breakfast served everyday….. tacos to die for!

We had the pleasure of enjoying 7 dinners prepared by Chef Ramiro and his wife for our family of 10. Leading up to the meals, Chef Ramiro was incredibly responsive, helpful, and flexible with determining the menu. All the meals were absolutely AMAZING and he and his wife were so friendly. We really enjoyed having them in the house and speaking with them. It's clear that Chef Ramiro takes great pride and pleasure in cooking delicious meals. Everyone in our family would recommend him to anyone looking for a private chef.

What an impressive chef! He was so kind and professional. The food was amazing! We had him come make a family meal for Father’s Day. The entire party was very impressed and loved everything. I highly reccomend!
