Professional chef with over 15 years of culinary experience. Currently, employed at one of the top resorts in Antigua. Cooking is an art. Dishes I prepare, burst with flavors from the first bite. I've had very humble beginnings as a chef. First job in the kitchen was a steward. Eventually, worked myself up through the ranks.
