Having earned a diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management and a certificate in Culinary Arts, I am a suitable candidate the aforementioned position. I have a vast amount of experience and expertise working in the Culinary Arts. I have worked as a Sous Chef for fifteen (15) years, and I have owned and operated my own restaurant for a period of six (6) years, I also have over (10) years of international experience in multiple concepts.
