I was born in a little village in austria, where i made my apprentice ship as chef and server.
I alsways loved food as long as i can remember, to become a chef opend the doors for traveling meeting new people and different cultures and it makes people happy.
After the miltary i mooved to vienna to work in some of the citys finest restaurants, palais schwarzenberg which belongs to a czech duke and restaurant corso next the famous vienna opera house, where i learned everything about classic french and austrian cuisine.
I moved to grand cayman in 2007 to be chef in an italian restautant and peruvian style restaurant i than created a caribbean fusion and asian fusion restaurant conzept.
2 years ago I desidet it was time to open my own private chef and catering company.
I also won the title of ironshore chef, a local competition amongst local chefs.
From ocean& farm to table is my slogan, In my free time I try to clean up the ocean from the invasive lionfish species and cook it up for my customers.
I am also a fishermen i catch yelow fin tuna, mahi mahi and wahoos, local conch and lobster (when in season) cant get any fresher than this.
I am married to my whife agnes since 2 years after 10years of relation ship, we have a big brown dog named chili.
