My name is Rukayat Hamzat, and I am a passionate Nigerian cook who takes pride in preparing delicious, nutritious, and beautifully presented meals. I specialise in preparing a wide variety of traditional Nigerian dishes, including jollof rice, fried rice, ofada rice, pounded yam, eba, amala, and different types of Nigerian soups. My menu also includes delicious homemade delicacies such as moi moi, akara, pepper soup, and other local favourites prepared with fresh ingredients and authentic Nigerian spices.
