I'm a chef that is very passionate about what i do.
I am a professional chef with 5 going on 6 years experience and i have many more years to go. I love what i do and each and everyday i push myself.
I went to Boys Town VTC for my culinary training and will be attending CIA soon although i can cook and bake very well i still have to go to school for the certificate and to get some paper work done. As a proffesional "Chef", i love food very much and to see when i prepare my dishes that i know people would enjoy, that warms my heart.
As a Chef you have to be open minded and be willing to try new dishes, ideas and plating styles. I'm versatile, i can both bake and cook well.
