Passionate about cuisine since my childhood, I've been a chef for over 14 years now. I've worked in numerous French restaurants, which has allowed me to acquire expertise in various culinary styles. I've been on Exuma for the past 3 years, where I operate a restaurant. As a result, I'm familiar with the island's available ingredients, and I enjoy creating a fusion of French and Bahamian cuisine.
