I am a professional and passionate chef with 20 years of experience. Originally autodidact I attended a one and a half year training program in England and Scotland coached by my cousin who was a famous chef. I worked in different gastronomical restaurants . This experience gave me the knowledge I needed to develop my own cooking personality. Working around the world ( France, Italy, Canada, Ireland, Switzerland, La Reunion, French Polynesia, Marocco....) opened my culinary skills.In each country I discovered differents products, ways of cooking and flavours, seeking the best combinations for the best taste.
