I am a Avid Culinarian...Professional Chef....with over 25 years experience in the Culinary and Hospitality field. I obtained a Bachelors Degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University in Providence ,Rhode Island.

Upon graduating, I worked at the Atlanta Marriot Marquis for two years before returning to my home...Nassau, Bahamas, to take up a Chef de Partie position at the Sandals Royal Bahamian Resort......This venture lasted 20 years..my last position being Executive Sous Chef...in 2017 I wanted to expand my Passion and it is here that 'Klassy Chefs Catering' was started.....
