I am passionate and skilled chef with over 10 years of experience in the culinary industry. I graduated from Escafoir Hotel Training Institute in 2012, where I built a strong foundation in professional cooking and hospitality.

My career began with an enriching six-month internship at Axum Hotel, where I honed my skills in traditional and modern cuisine. I then expanded my expertise at Plaza Hotel for one year. Later, I spent two years and seven months at MK’s Restaurant, refining my techniques in fast-paced, high-quality dining.

Eager to broaden my culinary knowledge, I’ve also worked in multiple restaurants specializing in international dishes, allowing me to adapt to diverse flavors and cooking styles. My journey reflects my dedication to continuous learning and excellence in the culinary arts.
