I'm very hardworking, passionate about what I do, dedicated to what I do and stop at nothing to ensure a memorable tasting experience on your plate.
Driven. I'm a young and upcoming chef who hails from the parish of St. Andrew, I've been working professionally as a cook for over 2 years now and attained my training from the Northwest TVET Institute Kenilworth Campus in Sandy Bay Hanover where I achieved 2 Certificates from 2 separate occasions. The first one which is level 2 in: Dining Room, Commercial Commercial Foods, House keeping and Front Desk Operations. The second certificate which is level 3: Chef De Partie, after the accomplishment of my level 2 I was sent straight to RIU Montego Bay which I trained and worked for 14 months then later resigned and went to Roundhill Hotel Villas & Spa, was there for about a year then covid came and now I'm currently at Wingz & Tingz still nurturing my passion & love for cooking in a fast food paste environment.
