I am a cuisine innovator, adjusting and perfecting the craft.
I am a Chef that has 10 years industry experience. I studied at Johnson & Wales University in Miami FL. I have a passion specifically for older guests who have specific dietary concerns. I like to create new and interesting experiences that are as exciting as they are educational. I am versed in Pub Fare, Mediterranean, Bahamian, Bermudian and have started to delve into Latin American cuisine. I am very open to the ideas and interests of my clients and work to establish a cohesive relationship. I want them to feel apart of the creation of the dish as I am, thus if not versed in a specific cuisine I work to accommodate my clients as much as I am able.
