Professional chef of 8 years, with a two year certification Chef de partie at Heart Trust NTA, and Bsc. in Hospitality and Tourism Management at the Northern Caribbean University. Starting my career at Sandals Resort in Negril is the best decision I could’ve made for my career path, equipped with hands on experience from the country’s best chefs and hospitality leaders, my passion grew and my success became inevitable. Cooking is more than a passion, it’s art, love language, an expression of joy sharing in hopes of unlocking positive emotions served on a plate.
