I am a professional chef with 10 years culinary experience. I started in the business at 16 years old and moved up the ranks in the kitchen over time. I have worked around the Caribbean learning different cuisines and cooking styles. I started working as a private chef in 2015 in the Grenadines and I have been doing it ever since. I also work at Sheer Rocks, one of the top restaurants in the Caribbean, where I learn new cooking techniques and styles almost daily.
