With experience across Bahamian, Italian, and Greek cuisine, I’ve led kitchens, trained teams, and developed menus that celebrate both tradition and creativity. Recently serving as Head Chef, I,ve overseen multiple stations while specializing in pastry and authentic island dishes.
Cooking has taken me from classic European techniques to the soulful depth of Bahamian comfort food. I bring that same versatility and care to every plate. Whether it’s an intimate dinner or a lively celebration, I focus on creating food that feels warm, memorable, and made with love.
