I love food. Passion is every thing for me. To have the gift that allows one to experience a fusion of tastes on their taste buds, is true happiness.
I started cooking when I was 12 and ever since I fell in love with the idea of challenging myself.
I have always wanted to learn more and expand my knowledge. I specialized in the French, Italian and Caribbean cuisine.
I am also experienced on the field of meat. I have traveled to Texas, where I have had the delight to learn more regarding this field. It was truly a mesmerizing experience, where I learned how you can do different cuts of pork and angus beef.
Besides all that, I have had the amazing opportunity to be part of a cuisine competition in Miami. As a result of this I became part of the 3 year Caribbean Culinary team. I won 1 gold, 6silver and 3 bronze medals.
