I am a professional chef with 12 years of experience in the culinary industry, including extensive experience working in international resorts and professional kitchen environments.

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with a wide range of culinary styles and techniques. I specialize in preparing both authentic Vietnamese cuisine and international dishes, with a strong focus on flavor, quality, presentation, and consistency.

My experience in international resort kitchens has helped me develop strong skills in professional kitchen operations, food preparation, menu execution, ingredient management, food safety, and maintaining high culinary standards.

I am comfortable working in fast-paced and demanding kitchen environments and have developed strong qualities in discipline, teamwork, communication, time management, and attention to detail.
