With over 13 years of experience in the culinary sector, I most recently served as head chef at a premium trattoria in Limassol, where I contributed to the restaurant's operations with creating and developing the menu and the concept as a whole, expertise in scheduling, food ordering, cost planning, creating menus upon requests, trainings and more.

My professional journey includes roles such as:
