I'm a professional in haute French, Mediterranean and Ukrainian cuisine. I work as a chef for more than 20 years in Ukrainian restaurants of a haute cuisine. Was published in glossy magazines, took part as a special guest in different cooking TV-shows. Comleted training in the International Culinary School in Paris. Took an individual studying course with such chefs as Yves Thuries, Patrick Casula, Olivier Pallut, Frank Michel. I continually gave a lot of master-classes.
