With over 10 years of experience in Japanese and Mediterranean cuisine, I have honed my skills in some of the most vibrant culinary destinations around the world, including Athens, Mykonos, Santorini, London, Dubai, Ibiza, Phuket, and the Maldives. My journey has allowed me to work in high-end restaurants, where I mastered the art of blending traditional flavors with modern techniques.

In addition to my restaurant experience, I have served as a private chef in Cyprus and Dubai, offering bespoke dining experiences tailored to the unique preferences of each client. Currently, I am based in Bali, where I continue to create personalized, world-class dishes, combining global culinary influences with the island’s fresh, local ingredients.
