Having the communication as well as the customers needs as my first priority really sums up who i am as a chef!
I am a profecional chef for the past 6 years. Travelling through Europe tasting my way through it from city to city realy shaped my phylosophi and my way of cooking.
As for my culinary carrier i was in Greece for good 2 years working as a Chef De Partie in Thessaloniki and since then i work my way all over Cyprus from Paphos to now Nicosia.
