I'm a professional chef based in mombasa kenya with background authentic swahili cuisine and continental cuisine. My mother owned a neighbourhood restaurant in kisumu that's where I fall in love with cooking when I was 12yrs old. As a private chef there's no food that is too complicated for me to make. My signature dish is samaki wa nazi na Michele wa sinia[basically redsnapper fish in coconut sauce and vegetable rice with a coastal twist].
