I am a self taught Chef who likes to focus on healthy mediterranean cuisine and infuse Caribbean, Latin and Asian flavors. Some of my greatest role models include Jamie Oliver, Rachel Ray & Matthew McKenny. I enjoy visiting local markets wherever I am in the world and also sourcing local, fresh and organic produce.
