I am Mélanie, french and have been in the kitchen since I was 17. Cooking has always been my passion, something I wanted to share with others. I have traveled extensively around the world, experiencing and sharing different cuisines. I moved to Latvia after falling in love with the country.
I have worked as a chef and sous-chef in numerous Michelin restaurants across Belgium, France, and Switzerland. In my most recent position, I was an instructor at the École Hôtelière de Lausanne, surrounded by highly renowned chefs, perfecting my culinary skills.
