I am writing to introduce myself and share my passion and commitment as a professional chef with over 15 years of experience, primarily rooted in Iceland’s unique culinary scene. My career began as a trainee at La Primavera, a celebrated Italian restaurant in Iceland, where I discovered my love for Italian cuisine and learned invaluable lessons in culinary creativity and discipline. Since then, my journey has included diverse roles—from freelancing to catering for fly fishing lodges across Iceland’s scenic rivers, such as Selá, Laxá í Dölum, Breiðdalsá, Jöklu, and Laxá í Leirársveit.
