I’m a chef rooted in community, seasonality, and the quiet thrill of making something honest taste extraordinary. My cooking leans farm-forward and technique-driven, but never precious. I care as much about the people around the table as what’s on the plate. Whether I’m running a bustling service, cooking a long-table dinner, or teaching a class, my goal is the same: good food, made thoughtfully, shared generously. I believe meals should feel grounding, a little playful, and worth lingering over, because the best nights are built from simple ingredients, steady hands, and a room full of humans who showed up hungry.
