I stumbled across the Food channel whilst I was home ridden after a 2nd degree burn on my foot. What i started watching would change my whole life trajectory... Food became my 1st love...
With over 10 years experience i am an Expert in Mediterranean, Middle-Eastern,Japanese-Peruvian (Nikkei), Kiwi, Mexican and Afro-fusion cuisine. I am Well travelled and my culinary journey has taken me to Dubai UAE, Hong Kong, Kenya, Jeddah KSA, Cape Town and New Zealand. I have worked for 5 star establishments, Harbourside and Beachfront properties. From Casual to fine dining, vegan and vegetarian, BBQ and family casual venues.
My philosophy is you are only as good as your last dish, my happiness comes from a satisfied guest. Every ingredient counts
