Passionate Chef, I seek perfection in every dish
Born on the beautiful island of Anguilla, Chef Tyrone Hughes was raised into a famous local family of chefs. In 2003, he moved to London to follow his dream and pursue his career in culinary arts. Chef Tyrone embarked on his career at The Wolseley Restaurant, considered one of the finest four rosette restaurants in Europe. Returning to Anguilla after 8 years in England, he joined the team at Barrel Stay restaurant as senior sous chef for 2 years. During that period, Barrel Stay was rated number 1 on Trip Advisor. Chef Tyrone now works as a private chef, traveling the world catering to his clients’ needs.
