Chef Vanessa Riley

I am a professional chef with more than three decades of experience in the industry. I earned both my BA and MBA from Johnson & Wales University. I began my culinary journey at Resorts International, now known as the Atlantis Paradise Islands.

Throughout my career, I have worked across a variety of sectors within the industry, including leadership roles at Lyford Cay Club. My passion for education led me to serve as culinary instructor at University of the Bahamas.

I returned to my entrepreneurial roots and founded The Distinguished Palate Catering, a company that provides exceptional culinary experiences for both corporate and private clients. Committed to connecting food and wellness, I further expanded my expertise by earning a certification in nutrition and became the first clinically trained MenoChef in the Bahamas, specializing in culinary solution that support women's health.
