Meet the Rock and Roll Chef

With over 37 years of culinary experience, I am a passionate cook and dedicated teacher, specializing in a wide range of cuisines including Italian, French, and many others. As a food selector and a seasoned sommelier with two courses under my belt, I bring a refined palate and a deep appreciation for fine dining.

Born and raised in Italy, my culinary roots run deep, and I’ve had the pleasure of working in both gastronomic and Michelin-starred restaurants. My approach to cooking combines technical expertise with a love for innovation—and I like to infuse my kitchen with the energy and spirit of rock and roll.

Whether teaching aspiring chefs, curating unforgettable menus, or creating vibrant dishes from around the world, I believe that great food should be bold, creative, and full of passion. Let’s bring that rock and roll vibe into the kitchen together!
